        Third time staying here because the rooms are spotless and the service was good. This time around the breakfast host wasn’t so friendly Had no TV although I was charged for it. Asked for assistance and he couldn’t get it to work and said that he would call room service but they never came. Not happy about that and addressed it at checkout and they acted like it was my fault that I didn’t call them directly instead of the doorman who came to help me after asking me if I needed anything!

        Randomly found this place after having booked another hotel and paying in advance. I was so thankful I did because their price, location, cleanliness, and employees are second to none! Ended up staying with them for over two weeks and everything, from start to finish, was great. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Amman.

        My experience in Easy Inn hotel was great. The staff provided wonderful service. The location of the hotel is close to Amman Citadel and Abdali Mall. I had to extend my stay for few more nights and the staff was able to accomodate it very easily on a short notice.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
