I stayed here in mid-December with a single room for about 40 Euros a night. It was a very good value at that price. The room was small but adequate. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. It was very quiet and I had no problem sleeping. And you can't beat the location.

The receptionist seemed like he hated his life and job. The room was dirty, overall seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. There was hair on the bed sheets. When we turned on the AC it literally blew out dust on us, and so we opened it and we were shocked! It can not have been cleaned in at least a couple of years to look that bad (see photos). Change it if it's yellow and stained. I'd expect a bit higher standards when paying $140 for ONE NIGHT. And on top of this, they tried scamming us, telling Booking that we had smoked inside the rooms. Neither of us smokes so this accusation is just absurd. Can not recommend it. You can find something so much better for the same price, or I'd recommend you to add a few hundred bucks instead of staying here.

Close to train station. Room quite small. WiFi fast. The downstairs room (disabled adapted) could've done with things being tightened up - the toilet hand rail wobbled, as did the toilet; the toilet's flush mechanism was slightly broken, meaning that I had to take the lid off to flush it a couple of times; the toilet tank's seal was also leaking, causing it to occasionally run the water to fill the tank up; the light above the mirror was not correctly fastened to the mirror; the shower hose was leaking until I took it apart and screwed it back together; the shower head was cracked slightly. Despite all these slight problems, our stay was fine - the place was very clean otherwise completely acceptable. The AC was plenty cold enough. Towels provided, as with soap - unusual for a hostal-type establishment Kitchen area has a coffee machine which you have to pay for, a sink, and a few snacks which you can help yourself to (but it's not enough for breakfast. It's a cheap, clean, and quite modern place to stay, with convenient access to Barcelona Sants train station.

Good value for money, it's very centric and just at a throw of stone from Sants station. Rooms and shared spaces are neat and the staff is super friendly and professional. Plus I rejoyced at seeing the sustainability principles being put into practice in the overall management. They actually made our stay in Bcn an easy experience, highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
