Good location but you could do so much better for only €30 more. The staff, they try, but get ready for broken facilities, having to pay in cash only, unless you book online and get price gouged. Also my room was still dirty when I checked in, and the floors in the room are somehow worse than a hostel- be sure to bring slippers or sandals. There are no microwaves either, except for maybe the lobby. Oh and don't bother with the "family sized" rooms, since they're the exact same size as the king bed rooms, just with an extra twin bed crammed in there. Just look somewhere else if you need to stay by the ziggo dome/ Arena.

I KNOW: it's one of the cheapest in Amsti. HOWEVER: If you can avoid it, avoid it ! Rooms are small, Location is super far away from the City, you'll need more than half an hour to get somewhere by metro. On weekends the area of the hotel is a nightmare, Football matches and concerts til late won't let you sleep, they're cleaning up with noisy machines all night. In Our room the flush of the toilet didnt work, so we had to move to another room after one night. The only positive things to mention is that the Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful - therefore 2 Stars. All in all it's still overprized for what you get in my opinion.

I am traveling for business more than 20 years. This was the worst "hotel" I had been. I had changed 3 rooms in 12 nights. There were bugs in the room, bugs on the bed, bad smells. Cleaner comes two times in 12 days just for replacing towels. There was no refrigerator in the room, not a closet, not a desk, no breakfast... In totally you cannot call this place "hotel".

I only chose this hotel because it was cheap and close to the train and metro station, but I think I regret it! The rooms are very small, they don’t feel clean at all, you can hear almost everything from the rooms around you, I would literally wake up anytime someone opened the doors in rooms next to me. There’s no do not disturb card, and my room door was opened twice during my stay by the staff! And I had to scream I don’t need room service! There’s no fridge in the room either.

It's well known for the basic concept, and that is true. But apart from the bed, toilet, and wash basin, it wasn't CLEAN!!! The staff were really good despite their working conditions. Great location for public transport and arena.however, the area does get a little shall we say "interesting" as night falls!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
