Pros: - Location. - Price. - Polite and professional hotel staff. Cons: - There are no cleaners in the hotel so you should clean your room by your own. - Very small rooms. - Extra charges. For early check-in you should pay 20€. If you don’t wanna pay for early check-in and want to keep your luggage, be ready to pay for that. To take a hairdryer for more than 2 hours you should pay, etc… - View of the construction site from the hotel window

Room was good! Service was good! Location was good! We had NO complaints about this hotel at all. Some people complain that the rooms are small etc. But, it's just like this in Europe. We were too busy, out having fun to even care if the room had enough space. It was just fine! We will return when we come back to Brussels.

Decent room even though it's very small. Bathroom could be in better condition. No breakfast option, thus too expensive for what you get. But it is ok for short business trips of 1-2 nights, as location is excellent and generally there is no noise inside the hotel and on the street

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was our first time staying in a easyhotel. We didn't know what to expect but after staying in one we decided that it wasn't to our taste. The rooms were quite small. We got a room facing the atrium. The TV was quite high up on the wall which was interesting. The beds weren't particularly comfortable. There is no hairdryer in the rooms. The doors are really heavy so they slam loudly. The good part about this hotel is that it's close to everything. Shopping is really close and so is the old town and the train station.

I am surprised it’s possible to have such a quiet stay in Brussels. That has not been the case with other hotels. This easyhotel appears to be new and in great shape. Nice and clean, and the location is fantastic. I have stayed in other ready hotels before I knew exactly what the room size would be. It’s not an issue if you have just a suitcase or two. You are walking distance to Grand place and an abundance of great restaurants and bars.
