Was honestly not expecting much from looking at the reviews but for 2 broke college students wanting a city break the prices were perfect. The people working at the reception were lovely and there was someone there 24/7. The rooms were very small, the other reviews don’t lie about that. Perfect for one person. For two people you would want to be very very comfortable with them as there is not a lot of room and the toilet is pretty open. Perfect for 1-2 nights to explore the city as the location is ideal. Was worried about soundproofing from the other reviews but it is not bad at all. Location was amazing. Can walk to many places or hop on a bus or train. Ideal for those coming from Manchester airport. Overall, very happy with my stay. Don’t let the reviews turn you off as it had me scared walking in the door!!

Isabelle was helpful from beginning to end. She’s extremely friendly and kind. The rooms are very clean and it’s in a fantastic location. The manager was very welcoming and responded to my emails promptly. I would recommend and I will be staying in the future.

Great location. Just off Piccadilly Gardens, so quite quiet but right beside the centre. Rooms are clean and comfy. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour reception so the hotel is secure whilst no problem if you loose your card. If you are going to Manchester this is a great option to stay at.

Great location close to transport links, food, and activities. Staff were friendly ans help you out quickly. Rooms are basic and compact but for the price and a place to crash rather than spend time it was great!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
