We had a really nice stay here! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and willing to share tips on what to see while in Istanbul. The delicious included mezze-style breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning, and was lovely on the rooftop terrace. The rooms are cozy, clean, and nice, and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was very small but this wasn’t really a problem. The only thing was it got very hot in the room at night even after turning the heat off (we were here in late November). Otherwise a great place to stay in an excellent location.

The hotel is well located and value for money is okish. Low cleaning standards. Every morning the breakfast will be a surprise for the guest: one day it can be prepare by a nice lady, the next day your scrambled eggs can be cooked by a guy while smoking his cigarrette. For me that was definitely a no go. You’ll never now how many towels you are supposed to have in the bedroom. The host are nice but they insist too much on hiring they tours.

Great! It’s a family run hotel who would love to get to know you in a great location in Istanbul. Rooms were great, the floors were kinda creaky and a bit dirty in some places, but all in all it was doing its purpose and felt very cozy. The breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea was something I looked forward to every morning. The small reception in the lobby may give a weird first impression at first, but this was definitely worth it and gave more of the impression of home than of a hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever been in. We were two families, the rooms were very dirty, the curtains were torn, the floor creaked terribly. The bathroom smelled a lot. From early in the morning, a loud noise started to be made. Breakfast better not be there. Old cucumbers ,tomatoes and boiled eggs.The watermelon was from 3 days ago.I didn't use it anymore.Very misleading pictures,I don't recommend the hotel,terrible place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
