        I stayed at the Eco Hotel Milano with my husband and our dog on 15.09.23, opting for the dinner bed and breakfast package in an economy room, which turned out to be an apartment in the adjacent building. (The hotel did remind us that we had booked this room without lift on confirmation of booking). Our apartment 802, was located on the 3rd floor, was spacious, clean, and comfortable and even had a large balcony overlooking the park, though the furniture had a bit of a vintage feel, reminiscent of staying with grandparents rather than the eco-conscious vibe we expected. One recommendation I have for the hotel is to inform guests traveling with dogs in advance about the restaurant's no-dog policy. However, they allowed us to dine in the bar area and delivered the food to us, which was a thoughtful gesture that worked well for us. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The meals were set menu, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and well-presented food (again thank you to the staff). We paired our meal with a delightful Italian Chianti, enhancing the overall dining experience. There were a few issues, though. The bathroom's lighting could be improved, and some of the lights over the sink didn't work. It's worth noting that guests should be informed to switch on the hot water on arrival to ensure a comfortable shower (or have this done for them before arrival). Additionally, the shower head appeared to be in need of descaling.         We stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff was very supportive, the room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent. The whole vibe of the hotel was really positive.

        It’s a very clean and ecologically friendly place to stay. It was conveniently located not far from Metro and Supermarket. An area was very quiet and close to a local park with kids playground and sitting branches. All drinks were served for an extra charge but 24/7 days week. Upon our arrival we were told that we have to pay for each day extra if our room will be at the same location we reserved or will have a stay at a different room on 3 floor but without elevator. Research first directly with a hotel staff as we did reservation with Expedia. Otherwise we had a nice clean room with a queen bed, small bathroom with BD, bio toilet paper and shower gel and shampoo were bio too. There aren’t smell of Chemicals from linens and in bathroom. Good work though and ecologically wise.Thanks for hospitality. Definitely going to recommend.

        It was a great hotel. Close to metro. Friendly team. Average breakfast. TV never worked. Not a big deal but worth to check it before giving the room away. Good to have some tea and coffee in the room. It cost nothing but means a lot Cleaning was excellent

        I honestly would recommend to anyone visiting Milan. It's about 10 minutes on the metro to get to the Duomo piazza, the metro station being a 4 minute walk from the reception. This is the first hotel that has used the 1:12 building regulation wheelchair access ramps, and the room is pretty good for access. We have an extra bed in for my PA so it's taking up extra space for turning. Although there is lots of room to put the hoist legs under the bed and the doorways are wider too. The bathroom too is pretty spacious, with all wet room facilities. The lift is far too small for any electric wheelchair but all disabled rooms are downstairs anyway.
