Me and my wife stayed at Eco Palms House in October 2023 and we are so happy that we chose this hotel. The room was amazing, clean with a wonderful view, and we got a free room upgrade. The staff is very kind and attentive, the service was top notch. Amazing views and a nice pool. Great massages. We would highly recommend going on a hike with a local guide, it was the highlight of our vacation. The restaurant is great, all of the food was delicious. The staff are LGBTQ-friendly as well!

We had such a lovely trip to eco palms house! The staff were so attentive and helpful. We booked the local package and everything was taken care of! All of our meals at the hotel were delicious and beautifully prepared. We had some of the best hot toddies here too! We had a private trek and tour through villages, our guide Mai was so sweet and knowledgeable. Our room was rustic and charming. Can’t forget the resident dog Julie who was so cute and friendly. Would highly recommend anyone stay here and would come back for our next trip to Sapa!

Eco Palms House is a really beautiful hotel.. Special thanks to Lin, Vuong and the chef who helped us in our comfort. Mesmerising and breathe taking VIEW from the room and property.. Very good, friendly and helpful staff. We had vegetarian food and it was very very tasty. Love the experience over here and would definitely visit again. Also special thanks to them for a arranging a surprise birthday cake for us.

One of our favourite parts of our trip in Vietnam. Extremely quiet and peaceful, especially after the fast pace nature of Hanoi. The staff were so so wonderful, particularly Nam, and the one-on-one trek we took with local guide Lam (organised by Eco Palms House) was very special. We spent lots of time reading by the fire, hanging out with resident pooch Julie. Missing her already. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

A beautiful retreat away from the craziness off the city center! The food was incredible (the best we have had in Vietnam so far!) and the view from the room is breathtaking. The bungalows are basic but that is part of the charm, and the beds were very comfortable. A great place to come and unwind. We would definitely stay again :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
