Overall the stay was pleasant and restful for our short stay. Very recommended. Reception: We're greeted upon arrival and the Owner was really helpful. Even though there is a language barrier, the staff are willing to help. Room and amenities: Small tatami room and quite comfy bed. The room is adequate for sleep and 2 luggages as it is a budget hotel. Plenty hotel amenities. If you have any issues then you can always ask. Wifi reception and coverage are great without major issues. F&B: Vending machine is in the hotel. Guest lounge is also available. Kitchen is provided. Please observe the service hours. Location: Walking distance within the Minami-Senju train station around 12 minutes. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Pro tips: The owner allows early check-in and provides to keep the luggage after check-out.

I am grateful to the staff because they let me stay a little longer than the checkout time. They are helpful and patient with foreigners. Haters will call the rooms spartan, but although spare and simple, there is everything you need.

Hello, thanks for having me to stay at your hotel on September for 6 days. stay at summer on tokyo really make me tired, so having room with refrigerator and 24 hour shower really help me a lot. And thank you for being patient with me due language and culture barrier. ^^;; ありがとうございます.

Pleasantly suprised by this hotel considering it's the cheapest available in Tokyo. The room (2 person capacity) was of course tiny but had everything necessary, even with a working TV and refrigerator. The staff were happy to help and let us reserve the bathing room for private bathing which was ideal after a long day of walking through Tokyo. Only negatives are that the drinking water/tea machine tasted like mould and could probably use a good clean. But I would stay here again for a cheap place to stay in Central Tokyo.

Considering the low price, this hotel checks all the boxes. I had no issues with my time here. There were clean showers with shampoo and soap provided, functioning elevator, common area, laundry, bed rather than just mat on the floor. The room has a slight musty smell but nothing you couldn’t handle. The showers occasionally smell like smoke cause they are adjacent to the indoor smoking room. Location is relatively good - it is about a 15 minute walk from a train station. It is confusing to get there from the station the first time because you have to go up and down an overpass over the tracks. However, there is nothing NICE about this budget hotel except maybe the modern looking elevator (which is fine as it’s budget), but everything is practical and functional which is exactly what I was looking for. If you want a surprisingly NICE budget hotel, consider Palace Japan Hotel which is literally 2 minute walk from this Econony Hotel. Palace Hotel was actually slightly cheaper and everything was just newer and nicer e.g., room had a NICE smell. Felt more like an actual hotel and not just a budget hotel. I stayed in both - Economy at beginning of trip and Palace at the end.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
