The room is a bit small and the view is not as nice as in advertising pictures but it is clean and quite comfortable. We have a lovely terrace to enjoy the sun. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On a side note, as our room is the furthest one in the corner, wifi was really bad during first day. After that, we got new wifi connection which worked perfectly. We just had one incident with a horrible couple next door when they banged on our door in the night saying that we snored too loud that they couldn't sleep. We hadn't even slept at that time. They then yelled and woke up the staff asking for money back. They turned out to be those people making things up to complain to get discount and stuff. The staff was professional though, she apologized us the next day and asked the couple to leave the hotel. I feel bad for her to have to deal with such kind of people

First of all; I also don’t understand the bad reviews here. My experience was great. The lady that helped us was friendly, there was free fresh water, fruit, coffee and even cookies to take if you want. (unfortunately no vegan options so that’s a point to do better maybe :) Also the room was good. It was small but clean and good to sleep for 1-2 nights. Points to do better; - there was no hair dryer in the room. I forgot to bring this with me because every hotel/hostel normally has this? - the checkout in the morning starts at 09.00. We wanted to go out to eat breakfast and check out on 07.30 and then we where surprised with a sign on the desk with this information.

This was difficult from start to finish. We'd booked a room for 2 adults and a child. On arrival after a laborious journey with a 6 year old, we were given a singular bed. We raised this with reception who simply advised there's nothing they can do, this is their only room and they have no other beds. In their T&C's, they state that children under 7 are not adults, so do not need a bed! After spending one night with three people in one small bed, we had to leave the following day. The reception were amazingly stubborn and argumentative, simply stating that it's not their fault, no refunds. So that's me at a £500 loss. The property is absolutely not what it's made out to be. It's very compact, small and not a comfortable place to be. Trading on the 'eco' label by simply offering less for the same price you'd pay elsewhere.

It really is a hostel. Our room was very small, as was the bed (we're quite tall). We were in room 6, with patio. Not worth the extra cash as the patio is enclosed by very high buildings. On the plus side the room was clean and the location excellent, close to a bakery, bars and restaurants and the subway. As everything in Barcelona is expensive I would recommend this one however be aware that the rooms are small.

A great hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were well sized and spotlessly cleaned. We had an amazing secluded balcony. It's a hotel we would certainly revisit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
