My favourite stay in Asia so far. Beautiful room with an outstanding bath. Loved the dressing gowns provided too and the french style balcony overlooking the street was nice too. Lovely staff from the owner to the receptionists to cleaners to chefs, all staff said hello and smiled. And the owner was very helpful. The lobby had relaxing music on which was a nice touch, the breakfast was nice and coffee was gorgeous. The decor was classy and elegant and the place very clean. Unfortunately there was construction work starting early mornings which was a slight inconvenience but just meant we awoke to start our days earlier than usual to enjoy beautiful Sapa. The location was also very good and near shops and restaurants. Couldn't recommend this place enough, it was such a luxury stay which will forever hold fond memories. I wish I could live in this hotel haha!

Nice hotel, close to the center. Nice welcome and fine breakfast. But couldn’t rest at all because of the ongoing construction wall to wall, they put us in the last room, wall to wall with construction starting everyday at 7am. They didn’t warn us about this. Also, we did early check in and paid 500k with breakfast included. When we checked out they made us pay for that breakfast meal that they told us it was included and didn’t even apologize

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well equipped, rooms can also be heated via AC to make it cozy if the weather in the winter months is bad outside. The breakfast offers a good variety and the hotel (normally) is in a nice and silent area. The only temporary downside is the construction that's going on next door, on most days the noise was bearable but on one day it was pretty loud.

Excellent hotel but even better service. Reception allowed us to shower and clean up after a hike the day after we checked out and left our bags. Modern and clean rooms. 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Sa pa.

Nice boutique hotel. It’s a bit outside of the town centre but the plus side it’s quieter. The room is of a nice and cosy French deco. The receptionists were friendly and readily helped me to book my transport to the airport. Only grouse is the noisy construction next door but this stopped by early evening. Overall a very good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
