Honestly I cannot expect much given the price. After seeing the reviews I was worried about the cockroaches in the room but the room was clean! however the towel had stains and the room I stayed in had a very wonky shower glass door. Was quite worried it will shatter or break. Walls were thin so I can hear the slamming doors, people chattering and some late night music from bui vien. Nonetheless all these noises were manageable at least for me. Receptionist was a hit or miss, most of them were ok, friendly and polite but the man dealing with the night shift just don’t want to be bothered. No one asked us to give tips as per some of the reviews. However my friend did mention that one of them asked for it during their previous stay. location was fantastic. Have fun partying at bui Viên and it’s a short walk back to the hotel. many food, massage and pedi/mani options around the hotel but I can’t say for sure if they are good. Convenience stores around this hotel too. No issues in grabbing around from the hotel as well. Can’t complain much given the price but I would rather pay more for a better hotel in the future. Nonetheless, you pay for what you get hence the higher rating. Would recommend if you are not fussy and ok with some slight noises.

I recently had a disheartening experience with Eden Garden Hotel. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my booking last minute due to an unexpected trip cancellation. Despite the circumstances, the hotel denied my refund request, which was highly disappointing. This lack of flexibility and understanding during unforeseen situations reflects poorly on their customer service. I would not recommend this hotel and will reconsider booking in the future. ********Please do not book this hotel*********

Did not have a good stay here. Rude staff, acs not working. Moreover, the staff allotted a lower category room to me then I had booked. Inspite of complaining, he insisted that its not that way. Moreover, after lots of efforts, he changed the room that too with a bad angry face. Zero quality in the name of hospitality. I suggest to never visit this property.

Pathetic manager, not at all cooperative. Leave about welcoming he was not even smiled once. Room was good as we have taken the biggest one. But key was not working n they have not even replacement. Breakfast 2/10. Viet the guard was very helpful.

Besides the surprisingly great breakfasts everything else is below hotel standards. The smell, not the cleanest room, poor towels. Of course the location is convinent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
