Well, I would highly recommend the Eden Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located and within easy reach of all the sights/attractions and two metro stations. It was very easy to check in using the self serve check in points. We did have to use reception during check-in, and the staff were all so polite and welcoming. In fact every member of staff we had contact with were so helpful. The rooms are clean and modern with all the amenities you would expect. The hotel has a self-serve shop available 24/7. Self-serve pizzas and a welcoming bar. Check out was straight forward, we left our luggage whilst we spent the remainder of the day exploring. We will definitely be returning.

I could not recommend more this hotel we stayed in, it was a pleasure all weekend. Myself and my boyfriend had a small issue with our room and went to reception and immediately the girls at reception sorted us out to make sure our stay kept comfortable which we were so grateful for! The interior design in this place is impeccable, such a unique and central spot. I would like to give huge credit to Ana who served us the most over the weekend and kindly made sure we were all set to leave to the airport as well as helping us with our rooms! Will definitely want to come back here again.

For the price we paid in January we were very happy. The location is brilliant, breakfast has a great selection and the staff are amazing, so helpful. I found the rooms like other reviews, slightly dirty, beds were very comfortable but the rooms were dusty (so developed a rash) and the bathroom was not cleaned regularly, especially the floor. Also the doors are a bit thin so you hear everyone coming back as our room was next to the elevator. However, as said the location is perfect and for the price it is worth it and super easy check in and out system with great reception area. Generally easy and simple to stay in.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 8 days. Quick checkin and checkout. On-site little store that’s open 24/7. The bartenders make the best cocktails and they are reasonably priced. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The maid staff was very sweet. The hotel is walking distance from everything. The only time I took a taxi was to the airport. I’d definitely stay here again. The Ice Bar is right next to it, Club Escape, over 9 different restaurants that all stay open late and there’s 2-3 coffee shops not even a minute away. Very safe no matter the time of night. The hotel is secure at night and you just use your key to get in. Coming from America I’m so obsessed with this hotel and its beauty. I’ll be staying here again next year.

Absolutely lovely hotel, when I came back we will 100% stay here again! Very beautiful interior and lovely room, but if you get a standard room, the view is not great, but you can get a room with a better view for a higher price. Also very close to the centre about a 10 min walk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
