The best is the staff. They are so nice. From the cleaning lady to the reception. Rooms might be a bit small but very clean and nice. Breakfast was the worse, it needs réal improvement on quality and diversity. Balcony was large but there was no chairs or table even if there was space for it. Good location.

Everything is good. Nice Cosy hotel. It is located in a very nice locality with good access to everything you would need. There is a 24 hour supermarket opposite. Breakfast is good. Hotel guys are really helpful & cheerful. Had a lovely stay

I would say this is as close to a perfect experience as possible, the rooms are tiny but extremely elegant, I didn't feel like I was really lacking in anything the curtains are perfect and completely black out the room a little bit of light gets in, but it's as close to a perfect blackout as. Found the breakfast is nice because the music is refreshing and relaxing it's not hip hop or some sort of loud obnoxious in your face boogaloo. The concierge in the morning and the evening were both very polite. But it was the cleanliness of the place and the excellence of the showers which have high pressure that were the most impressive. I feel like this is the type of place I could almost want to move into.

We had an excellent two night stay at Egnatia hotel, 3rd floor. Superb location, everything nearby on foot. Excellent service, all staff very friendly and always there to assist you. Rooms of good size, cleaning of rooms and quality of rooms very good. Although in the center, very quiet for wonderful sleep. We thank all staff and management for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Conveniently located value for money hotel. Friendly staff, clean and renovated rooms and excellent breakfast. The only downside is the small rooms. Particularly the bathroom, there is a 50-60cm narrow space between the sink and the toilet to enter the shower.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
