“We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ehalagala Lake resort and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. Food was so delicious and awesome, pool was nice, clean and excellent, amazing hospitality, The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. The resort prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and we can’t wait to return to [HotelName] on my next visit. Highly recommended!”

We stayed one night in Villa rooms on Nov 30th. Below are the positive points we would like to highlight 1. Very close to the Sigiriya Rock 2. Staff is very friendly and attentive 3. Villa rooms are very spacious Things we think need to fixed/ improved 1. The bathrooms of the Villa rooms need to be more clean and hygienic, there is a opening above the shower in the bathroom makes easier access to the rainy water and small insects . The smell of the Villa rooms were not pleasant (this may be due to the rainy season, but we think it’s a point for improvement) 2. In the late evenings no one from the management available in the establishment 3. The pathway needs more light in the nights. 4. The access road needs to be improved, the last 50m to the hotel needs to be fixed, if you are travelling a vehicle with less ground clearance need to be extra careful. 5. In overall hygiene needs to be improved

We stayed here on the 2nd Dec 2023. From booking to check in process was super easy. Very very friendly staff. We booked 2 rooms, 1 Double bed and 1 triple room. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Triple room can accommodate 3 Adults and a child easily. Food was very good. The toilets are clean and very spacious. The ambiance outside was perfect for the climate. It's all green everywhere during this time of the year. Overall worth it.

A remarkable location with great views of Seegiriya rock and pidurangala mountain both. Hotel is adjacent to a beautiful lake and from every room and villa, the views are spectacular. Swimming pool and food are at its best. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. However, the services provided by the staff must be improved with proper training provided for them.

A clam place right near Sigiriya. Good place to spend your holidays and quick access to Sigiriya rock. Pool also clean and well maintained. No disturbances from Management and our stay was very confer-table. Food also good and they are willingly accepted our requests. very friendly staff. Clean Rooms . wide parking space. Good security. you may see elephants near hotel if ur lucky enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
