Stayed 4 separate days over a 3 week period. Four different rooms which was fine. Our tv remote needed new batteries, one remote had no batteries, one room the kettle didn't work and last room the side light didn't work. I think the rooms needed a regular check of electrical appliances. Found it abit strange that you had to walk through the dining area to get to the pool.

The staff are friendly. Fast operator response. The concierge is always quick to help with your luggage either checking-in and out. Security personnel are quick. The rooms are cozy and clean. Conference Rooms are amazing. Garden at night is mesmerising minus the cold 😂. 10 Days and never complained.

The service at the bar was exceptional.Being a hotelier myself I appreciated the warm welcome from the security at the gate doing the checks kindly give him my salute ..the bartender had to leave explaining very well that he handed me over I think he was Levi couldn't grasp his name....i have never been there but I will definitely recommend and visit so more..Good job.Its cozy it's homely...

We stayed one night on arrival into Nairobi - it was very late and we were tired but the hotel staff made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they had made an extra effort.and surprised us by decorating the room. Good facilities and great breakfast spread.

Very nice location with easy access to freeways. There is a mall across the street with grocery store. It has a food court with about 20 different choices. Breakfast buffet was great.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
