        The first thing I want to criticize is the parking lot. make me very confused . I spent an hours to looking for parking lot, and the sign for the car park is very inconspicuous, im like playing hide and seek in the carpark. I round and round to search . And the photo on the agoda website does not match the actual one. Third, the hygiene is very poor. There are sticky,and oil stains on the remote control, , the floor is sticky. The bathroom on the upper floor smells bad, and there are urine stains on the toilet bowl and the sides of wc. Obviously there is not cleaning before we check in . The wash basins are all soap stains, the sponge used to clean the bathroom (which is already moldy and blackened) and floor cleaner are placed on the countertop of the wash basin, right next to the faucet. The quilt is full of saliva smell and stains, and hair! ! ! It very disgusting for me ans my families,. Obviously there was no replacement, the pillowcase was replaced, and I was itchy to sleep! ! It was almost 10 o’clock when we arrived. The water heater was not working, when we were ready to take a bath. We repeat turned off the restart. Not to mention that the pantry tableware had peculiar smell and stain, and the dishwashing sponge ans the table cloth was dark and smelly. Really, if it’s not because it’s close to the place where I need to meet up with my friends , I really wouldn’t consider staying ...another problem... to check in. I dialed the contact number provided from the website for many times but nobody pick up . Then i check my mailbox,and recieve email from host, only told me that my contact number could not be found in the agoda booking .It’s not easy during the epidemic, but please keep clean and hygienic. As a housewife, we are most afraid of traveling with children to stay in un-hygienic acommodation.

        The room bed got kutu and the toilet is so smelly. I have given car plate number to the agents but he did not give me any parking lots and he say can park anywhere , it is so not responsible. When the car is lock, he blame us

        Overall quite clean loft. Great location. The problem with lift is slow if too many people use it. Tv only have youtube only. Otherwise room is average only. Picture and review in Agoda/Booking.com is overrated.
