Regrettably, my hotel stay was disappointing. Hidden spa charges, initially undisclosed, added to the dissatisfaction. The reception staff, notably Ait Bishi Anis, was dismissive and unwilling to involve the manager when addressing the concerns. Caution is advised before choosing this establishment. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable female hair, and bed covers seemed unchanged throughout the 7-night stay. Consider these factors before booking.

The staff was not nice and welcoming. I‘m not saying that they were extremely rude, but it would be nice to feel welcomed in a hotel. Only the door guy who helped us with our luggage was very friendly. Other than that, people would bot smile at you or say hello. Also, they had a gym, but you have to pay a fee of 100DH each time, whcih i think is ridiculous. They‘re not providing me with a service. Its just a room with equipment, that is there all the time. Also, they should have mentioned beforehand that there is a fee for the gym. I specifically booked a hotel that has a gym, and it was not a cheap hotel. To ask for an entrance fee to the gym is unacceptable. The room was fair. Needs some updating. All in all, it was not worth the money.

From the first moment our sty was awesome. Idriss, who was in the front desk made us feel super welcome - he’s a gem! Rooms are very nice as well as the room service. Great location also! Could not recommend enough!

I had a great expectation from this hotel for our last night stay in Morocco. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and clean. I got so disappointed by the lack of warmth from the front desk staff. At first hand they seem experienced but unwelcoming and easily overwhelmed by the number of guests checking-in. I had a group of twenty six with me and thankfully I had a spreadsheet of all their names, passport details etc. to speedup the process otherwise they would have not coped especially when barely few minutes later, another group showed up. I asked for a quiet room and I got the worse room as a thank you gesture. I spend the worse night ever in Morocco. I got a room by the lift, overlooking a busy and noisy road. A fridge and Aircon that was dated and noisy. When I checked out they didn't even made an eye contact nor acknowledged my presence... awful. There is a desk with a sign of customer relations but I don't think they know the meaning of it. I have been traveling to Morocco for the last twenty years and yet this stay was the worse and the welcome or the lack of, is so upsetting..😞

A fair review- Good -location and staff service good. Bad- dated rooms and very loud at night as they have a show in the ‘Las Terrazas’ restaurant on the same site. Breakfast was sparse no orange or apple juice that should be served standard, but they got beetroot lemon and carrot juice. No iron in room. No tea/coffee or kettle. Place was falling apart and held together with tape in the lobby- tiles were stuck up with tape. Staff very helpful thanks to them we left stuff in the luggage room after check out while we went for lunch. Please renovate and improve. I stayed at Kenzi Rose across the road and recommend that over this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
