I rented a room for my mother at this place for a few days. After her knee operation she had to stay a few more days in the room for a regeneration time. When I wanted to visit her in her room the receptionist didn’t allowed me to go in her room. She had to come down and it was just allowed to talk in the lobby. Lucky me she can walk again after her knee operation but it’s still unbelievable. I cannot understand why the hotel rules didn’t allowes me to visit my own mom in the room for just 15 minutes. Under this circumstances I cannot recommend this hotel. I never had such a situation before in a hotel. And I’ll never book again a room at this hotel.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a positive review about the hotel rooms. It felt as if the hotel had been converted from another establishment. There was a strong presence of humidity and a medicinal odor in the rooms and corridors. If it weren't for staying only one night, we would not have chosen to stay there. The room itself was quite small, and the bathrooms were not functional. Although the staff were friendly, they lacked expertise, which is clearly a failure on the part of the hotel management. As soon as you open the window, you are faced with another building, almost touching it. I hope this revision accurately reflects your concerns. The location is very near the mall, there are a variety of rooms and suites Warm staff and the receptionists are welcoming especially Zainab Hanim, Emirhan and Yazi bey The cleaning staff are very kind, great thanks to them especially Yasmen and Sultan Hanim . Thank you to all of the staff Worth the price

It's okay with the price. Clean hotel good Rooms big enough. The restroom sink was leaking they fixed it. The shower is okay but water coming out from the shower door and shower floor seal. The location is good Close to the mall of Istanbul 10 minutes walk. Bus stop Front the hotel you can see it Easy. The front desk staff is friendly but poor in English. Breakfast ok nothing special. For 3 nights I stayed at this hotel and had almost the same Breakfast every day. in general with this price I recommend 👌.

I had a very bad experience at the hotel, I reserved a room for 5 days and wanted to leave a day earlier, they said they won’t reimburse me! I couldn’t visit my partner in her room, they told me we should meet at the loby! I cannot understand the system. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
