We stayed at El Greco last month as did most of our wedding party. Amazing experience from start to finish. Room spacious and so clean. We had a 7 week old so were feeding a couple of times when the cleaners tried to come in and had no issues coming back when we were ready. On the wedding morning, we asked whether it would be possible to have the room cleaned while we were at breakfast and came back to it clean. Service from front desk amazing also and all the staff were so chatty and personable. Multiple pools again all really clean and plenty sun beds. We ate at the pool bar quite a few days and food and drinks were beautiful. Location was perfect too with just a 5 minute walk into town. Honestly couldn’t fault the experience. Would 100% recommend

The hotel is very close to the area with all the shops, all within walking distance. This was a big plus as it is also not too close that it's busy or crowded. The pools, pool bar, buildings are all tastefully done and attractive. All the workers from the restaurants to the cleaning crew work incredibly hard. The room is nice but I do feel there was some neglect with bulbs out, some outlets not working and some interior areas needing paint. The restaurant on site was good too. I do wish all the rooms had a better view. Although we faced the sea we just saw the roofs of buildings mostly. Overall a very pleasant stay.

An amazing experience from start to finish at this hotel! Lovely spacious rooms and we got a cheeky upgrade. The 5 Pools are clean and plenty of sunbeds at each (you do have to get up early to reserve) Breakfast was a good choice but some fussy eaters may struggle. The staff and cleaning staff were attentive and friendly and they came to clean everyday. No noise and great facilities and in walking distance to Fira. Will return on my next trip!

Just stayed at El Greco resort for two weeks. What a lovely place to stay .The rooms are so good air-conditioning in the room Free safe. The cleaner was very good. We were all very impressed by how clean the rooms were . The food was very good with a lot of choice and the pools were lovely and clean. But the best thing of all was the staff couldn't do better. They all look after us . It was perfect thank you all for a lovely Holiday

Rooms and hotel itself was lovely and clean. Needs more cupboard space for 2 people for a week. Only 1 wardrobe and 2 small bedside cabinets. Requested and received more hangers which helped a bit. Service and friendliness of staff impeccable 👌 . Great breakfast choices.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
