We had a great mini winter break at Pacha and it exceeded expectations. Room was comfortable and well equipped with an elegant bathroom and comfortable bed. It was very quiet ( we visited in February...this might not be the case in the summer ) and the location was perfect. Service was professional and friendly and the breakfast was great too.

I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much from Hotel Pacha, but wow, did it impress! First off, the location's a winner, just a quick 10-minute walk to town and the port. Now, let's talk about the staff. They're incredible – friendly, professional, and super helpful. We felt right at home and safe staying there. Free entry to the Pacha club every night, with each night topping the last. The concierge went out of his way to help us with our bookings, and the breakfast was spot on – simple, yet tasty and filling. We even got free drinks from one of the waitresses! Our rooms? Always clean, and they kept water and champagne ready in the lobby for everyone. Just a heads up, the rooms seem to be designed more for couples, what with the see-through showers. And yeah, we could hear some noise from our balcony, but honestly, that didn't bother us much. Other than that, I really can't find anything negative to say. If you're thinking of staying at Hotel Pacha, go for it – it's a gem

Have been to Ibiza many times and this has to bey favourite hotel. Great location including walking distance to old town only 15 mins. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Food fantastic, room fantastic all round great. Only downside was the pool/lounge area did not get much sun. We will definitely visit again next year either here or their sister hotel Destino.

Don’t ever come to the lobby bar!! They will try to cheat on you and steal your money! I gave them 50 euros for lemonade and got back change like from 10! Nobody wanted to assist me with checking cameras! They will tell u it will take time to get the person for cameras👏🏻. The do it on purpose to make u give up and go. It’s a scam! U think ur so smart guys - but u lose this way clients! NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE!

We had an amazing weekend in Ibiza thanks to you. Choosing Hotel El Pacha was an excellent choice. After our arrival in the morning, our room was already ready. We felt at home immediately upon arrival. The attentive staff welcomed us as if we already knew each other. He arranged for us to rent a scooter and nothing prevented us from enjoying the local beaches. In the evening we went into town and couldn't miss the Pachca shop. Again, a friendly atmosphere and advice on where to buy the best Paella. The wait for the start party is always long, but the whiskey and soda and the DJ passed the time. The club amazed us. We know HI or Ushuaia, but yours is different, exceptional. Claptone is the first league and we didn't even have time to dance through all the stages. After a good breakfast, the staff arranged a reservation for us at Destino. A wonderful place to chill. We spent the whole day here and they took excellent care of us. The food, the drinks, the music... we didn't want to leave, but Cafe Del Mar can't be missed. We didn't spend the second evening at your club, but around four in the morning we asked if they would let us in on the guest list - they didn't (it's a shame when there was no one in front of the club). This is probably the only small stain on an otherwise fantastic weekend where Pacha had a big part. Once again, many thanks to the hotel, club and Destino for their hospitality during our ten year anniversary celebration with my wife.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
