        The hotel charged me twice. Once on booking and than again on my credit card. It was a prepaid-card for traveling, that expired after my trip. They are not able to tranfer the money back to another card. Now I have a lot of work to solve their problem.

        Super friendly and accomodating staff, helpful in every step of the way especially with our needs. Big caveat is that all rooms are accessed via stairs / there are no elevators. Pricing is fair and the rooms are relatively spacious. The breakfast isn't anything special and very meh, the location is also in a very nondescript and relatively sketch alleyway. The bathroom fixtures and shower area could be improved though.

        Bad experience ever. I only brought one pants with me but it was lost inside the room. So I have no choice but to wear shorts in going home. Before we leave the room, we made sure that everything was fine inside. We are even very cautious in moving around inside the room so that there would be no damage at all. About the henna tattoo, to avoid stains I didn't use the pillows and wore jackets. In the hotel reception area, they let us wait because they are going to check the room and the room checker went down with a yellowish pillow case 🤣 (we are sure that it's not the pillow case that we had in the room). Same henna tattoo feature in the pillow case but the pillow was so dirty and yellowish in color. (Meaning if that's the pillow case they put in our room, they are putting dirty pillow cases for their guests ?). But anyways , we paid 350 for the charge haha it's small amount for me but a very big impact in the hotel. Thanks for the accomodation despite of the bad experience we had.

        The room was small, hot, and filled with mosquitos. Enough said. We were so quick to get out of there we didn’t bother staying the night. We looked for another available hotel right away and left the same day we checked in. Never coming back. I do not recommend. Other things to note: small pool by the front desk, not beach side and requires you to walk along a dark alley way, not pretty, not a lot of amenities.

        The hotel is difficult to find but I guess the rate for the rooms is justifiable. When we were using the room, the toilet is clogged. I don't get the purpose of the security in the loo. It doesn't have a key to open it from the outside. So if it's locked from the inside and it's unoccupied, there's no way you can open it. However, I should commend the receptionist that time, he allowed us to use the loo in the other room coz we told them we really need to use a toilet, and going down to the 1st floor from the 4th floor is exhausting. Kudos to their service. They were accommodating, except for the girl who served our breakfast(who frowned a lot while serving the food and forgot to give us the request - just an extra effin fork) on the March of 29th. Good thing, Kuya was there to assist us. The rest of the staff are kind and helpful. I commend these people and I will recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives. Thank you!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
