We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace and pool were lovely. Very well located. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable and had many food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful and let us keep our luggage there for free while we waited for our flight. Very good value for the price.

Beautiful room and very kind hotel stuff. Breakfast is included and a lot of choice😋🍓🥞🥯🥗🍩 location is perfect to shopping , easy access to anywhere in this area. I'll visit there again!❤️

The receptionist lady is horrendous and very unprofessional! We clearly asked for a big cab as we have quite sizeable suitcase. The first time we weren’t told about the number on the taxi at all and two strangers end up getting in instead of us. We asked the receptionist to call another big one and were told the number was 17. Then a small taxi came with a different number. This lady forced us to take it and lied about the fact that there were big cabs and it was clearly their problem to call the wrong one. Not sure if she’s being racism or she’s just very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Will not recommend this hotel because of the poor service we’ve received.

Terrible experience! Do not recommend, BIGGEST RIP OFF - the room is not the same as described. MISLEADING! Paid AUD$400 per night! Arrived at 8pm on 19 Aug 1) Racism - as soon as the lady, at the reception, saw my Asian passport, she damaged it and said it’s ok and no apologies. 2) She didn’t give us the room that we booked & paid for. The room was described with street view. The room were at the middle of building, no view, no sunlight, it look absolutely like a jail! We do not want a room we paid $400 a night and it looks like a jail 3) Bad customer service - we went to the reception trying to request for the correct room. A man tried to fight with us saying that we lied about street view. I showed him the photo what described in the booking. It’s not good at all that a receptionist tried to fight with a guest. I went back again in the next morning, the lady at the reception was unhelpful. 4) Staffs are unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. Not sure why this hotel survives with bad customer services.

Modern, spacious, well-located hotel, in close proximity of the port (and the ferry to Formentera), and the wonderful, ever-bustling eateries lining this harbourside. Ibiza has something to offer everyone and this hotel offers close proximity to the bus amenities (parties and clubs, the beaches and to the airport). The Castle of Ibiza and Cathedral de Santa Maria can be explored on foot from the hotel via a pleasant walk up the stairways to these iconic landmarks. The breakfast is adequate, if not elaborate, but served in a neat and spacious dining area and will certainly offer you a great start to your day… whatever activities you may be planning. The rooms are uncluttered and bright with a good flow from entrance hallway past the bathroom and on to the bedroom/living area. The water pressure could be a bit stronger, but all-in-all, this hotel is a GREAT choice for any visitor to this incredible island.
