Lovely location with delicious food for an all inclusive service!! I definitely recommend staying here. It’s just 2 min away by car to the Belek city Center where you can go shopping. Has private beach. Has some great facilities and great/ friendly staff Oguzhan is really great and was very helpful with everything! He Even changed a reservation for uș, from one restaurant to another. Definitely recommend him as well. Great variety for food and drinks and the food tastes really delicious!

Very nice hotel lots of activities and there are lots of water sports but they are not included but are great fun. There are good water slides lots of places to eat and some restaurants in the evening aren’t included but plenty are. The beach was clean and lots of sun beds. But I wouldn’t recommend going out side the hotel as it isn’t very clean.

Excellent service, nice meals, warm staff. Cleaning and maintenance were superb. 11 restaurants, many vars, huge kids place with tons of entertainment facilities. The fire station is the pinnacle. I recommend it undoubtedly.

My second visit to Turkey, and we had a warm welcome from Leila. We were offered drinks and a small snack when we entered the hotel. Leila sorted out both our phones, connecting them to the WiFi and entering us into a WhatsApp group for the hotel. Leila showed us to our room then left us to it. The room itself was large with a big double bed and chaise lounge to sit on. The bathroom had a nice powerful shower and came with lots complimentary toiletries, even including toothbrush, razor and shaving foam. The fridge in the room, was well stocked with drinks everyday. The room was cleaned everyday and was spotless. My problem with the room was, the walls were so thin you could hear people in the next room having a conversation. You could hear kids running around on the wooden floors and people walking past my room. I was woken up every night by someone. In a five star hotel I don't expect this, so I've knocked two stars off. The service from the Ella assistants Leila and Alyena, was excellent. They replied to WhatsApp messages quickly, giving us useful information and service. Food wise there is plenty of choice in the restaurant, but not all allergy signs are accurate. Generally speaking the food is very good, a couple of times we picked up food that was stone cold though. But overall you can't grumble too much. The service of all the staff is excellent, from the cleaners to the serving staff and bar tenders. The pools are great as well, and we could always find a sunbed. The entertainment seemed to winding down for the season by the end of the holiday. We booked the exact same week away last year at the Titanic lara beach and there was more entertainment. If only the rooms were sound proofed this would be a 5/5.

Been in October. Very good hotel, with several swimming pools (incl. 50m lanes), aqua parc, lots of green trees/shadow. Clean. Food - very good and high quality (despite being an all inclusive), catered for any individual. Large selection of quality drinks. I can only recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
