I stayed at this hotel for a few days with my friends. The room was spacious, clean and had plenty of storage. I wanted to write a review on behalf of the stellar service I received Mohamed Reda (Egyptian server) was kind and attentive. He made excellent tea and was able to provide recommendations. Great experience and would love to return IA. Highly recommend coming to this hotel. Great ADA accommodations too!

I stayed for seven days at this hotel, and the overall experience was fantastic. First and foremost, the location is amazing. You get a direct view of the the Prophet's Mosque, and it's about a 3-5 minute walk to the Mosque which makes it convenient to attend prayers. This hotel had the BEST rooms compared to the other rooms I had stayed in previous hotels. The designs are beautiful, and the layout is spacious. The customer service is phenomenal. There is always someone at the front desk to welcome you whenever you walk into the hotel. The staff is extremely accommodating, respectful, and dedicated to ensuring you are taken care of. The food is also great, and the cost is very reasonable compared to what I was used to paying in the US for a meal. Their buffet has a plethora of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel is great, and if you needed anything like towels, water, and so on, you will have it all delivered to you within a couple minutes. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I can confidently say that it is BY FAR the best hotel I have stayed at since visiting Saudi Arabia.

The diligent housekeeping staff meticulously maintained our room, consistently checking in to ensure our comfort. The dinner buffet offered an extensive array of delectable dishes, complemented by the attentive and amiable restaurant staff who regularly refreshed the dishes. Additionally, the early room access graciously provided by the accommodating front desk staff was immensely helpful. The knowledgeable and courteous concierge staff readily addressed all our inquiries, offering valuable insights into both in-house and external services, greatly facilitating our exploration of the city. In conclusion, the Elaf - Al Taqwa Hotel stands out as a paragon of exceptional service 24/7, and I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Medina. Amazing hotel, perfect location, room service extremely speedy, and room clean up was always on the ball. The breakfast was amazing. So much variety. Hazrat Ali - one of the cleaners was very very kind and courteous. Room cleaned to a wonderful standard. Thank you Elaf Al Taqwa

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
