Hello to everyone, I have been to this hotel 3 times and I am very grateful for the welcome from the staff. The rooms are perfect and have beautiful views. The restaurant has very good food and the restaurant staff are very polite and friendly. The hotel is exactly where tourists need it! I am very pleased!🙏🏻❤️ See you again…

Awful experience! Very unprofessional staff. Rooms are like boxes with the view of a wall. They told us we had to change our room every morning because no room was available although we reserved the room a week ago. we reserved a room for 3 people but they gave us a box with no space to move.

Reservation staff is very unprofessional they can't speak English very well. Before, traveling to Turkey they charged my credit card twice for the same travelling dates with two different booking numbers, when I called them to ask why did they charged twice the hotel representative said, Reservation is guaranteed and can't be cancelled or refundable I explained him that I didn't made the second booking which received on next day but he didn't understand and kept on saying he cannot help. No hot water available in wash basin and they promised next day it will be fixed but no one came to fix it and I fixed it by my own because I'm an engineer so I know how to fix these kind of issues but for others it can be a big issue in this cold weather. Also, their laundry services are not good they spoiled my branded hoodie, there were black spots on it. Lastly, they have hidden charges for each and every service which they haven't mentioned prior to avail those services. Yes, some staff is good like maid, bell boy, and Restaurant staff.

The hotel's location is amazing, 5 min walk or less to istiklal street, 5 min walk to the metro station. The staff is great, super cool and nice. A special thanks to Ahmet Singer, Sehmus Arslan, and the other guy named Ahmet as well for being super nice and helpful. The rooms aren't the best, but compared to the price and the location they are bearable, and the windows are sound proof wich is bery good, the breakfast is good, you have everything you'll need for a basic breakfast. Overall the staff is great, the location is great, the rooms need more work.

It was terrible. i' didn't have seen ever such as this. at beginning they gave us the worst room i've seen ever.it extremely smelled damp. Refrigerator didnt work. bath is cold. bedsheet was bloody. room was so small. after 24 hrs they gave us better room but not so suitable. breakfast is so normal and didnt have diversity. totally i was not happy from this hotel. i dont suggest anyone to book Elan hotel .we had bad experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
