Omg the night staff that checked me in was so amazing his Name is Jordan and he was the most helpful night staff I’ve ever encountered. Customer service at its finest. There wasn’t a request that he couldn’t get done for me really a one of a kind experience it was a blast I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone just for the customer service of the staff alone. Not to mention the location was beautiful clean and oh so welcoming.

Room was slightly over basic, but I am rating this place at a one due to the plumbing. The drains are a nightmare. While taking a shower, the shower became a bath from the extremely SLOW drains. It just wasn't the water from my shower but the drains were releasing junk from the deep, back into my tub filled with water. It was disgusting. Avoid this place until they can fix their drainage problems. Unless you go and don't plan on using the bathroom you'll be happy. The room was on the first floor so I can't say if the same was experienced on the second or third floor. In any event, I'm sorry to say that I would NOT recommend this location for your hotel accomodations. I'd happily provide a retraction once I know this issue has been corrected. Until then consumer beware.

Jeff, and the rest of the staff were so warm, polite and helpful! They served complementary top-quality coffee/latte/cappuccino out of a self-service machine! A complementary happy hour offers wine and beer. Our room was clean and comfortable with an excellent mattress. There is a beautiful and comfortable indoor lobby with two large TV screens and two complementary computers. Also, a convenient outdoor patio when you need a puff, with a beautiful new cannabis shop directly across the street. We were in L.A. for a surgical procedure at Cedar Sinai hospital. A 10 minute walk from the hotel. Name a country in there probably is a restaurant serving it’s food within walking distance. Great breakfast at Kings Road Cafe two short blocks away. Check this place out - you won’t be sorry. Aloha.

We traveled 3 hours as my wife was having surgery in the area. The hotel was on the list supplied by the doctors office and after reviewing it on their website I decided to book the Jr suite. We arrived early however there were no rooms available yet which is normal and not a big deal. The man at the counter was pleasant and helpful, recommending an outdoor mall to visit. When we returned around five o’clock is when the problems started. We waited for about 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the counter as there was a bathroom break sign on counter. We checked in and proceeded to our room. We got to the room and the room keys didn’t work. I went back down to the counter to find no one in sight just a bathroom break sign again. After about the same wait the women came to the counter where I explained the key issue. No apology or conversation of any sort. She reprogrammed the keys and handed them to me. I went back to the room where the key worked however as I opened the door I noticed shoes and clothes and realized someone was already in the room. I immediately closed the door, went back down to find the bathroom sign again. She finally shows up, I explain the situation and she assigns me another room. No apology again. We go to this room to find it’s a basic king room. I go back downstairs and yes you guessed it the bathroom sign again. ( believe me I can’t make this up). When she showed up I explained I purchased the Jr suite(showing her my confirmation email) because I needed the extra room area for my wife’s recovery. She texted someone and received an immediate phone call back. After hanging up she explained that the hotel had downgraded me to a basic king. Stunned I asked how a hotel can downgrade to a lesser room after I had already purchased the Jr suite online. All she could say was they did not have Jr suite available. We refused the downgrade and had to find alternative accommodations at 6:00 pm. I’m now in contact with my credit card company to make sure there’s no charge as we didn’t receive what we purchased. We weren’t there long enough to give a review on the hotel except the basic king room was very cramped. This hotel has positive reviews so maybe it was just bad luck. Either way never again for us.

This is a jewel of a hotel right by Cedars-Sinai, The Beverly Center. the Grove, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood Hills, etc….complimentary Happy Hour, fridge in room, coffee machine with free K-pods, pretty robes, Egyptian cotton sheets, feather beds, duvets, free purified water 24/7, microwave access, free wifi, cable TV…this adorable little hotel is a gem! And it has great views! The price is exceptional & the staff is too..from the general manager to the front desk to the housekeeping staff. It has a European touch which is so cozy. I just returned from there & I will definitely be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
