This place was a true gem! Me and my family decided to travel to Washington DC but were struggling to find a good hotel, then we saw this place, and it seemed pretty decent, but it was even better than decent!!! Amazing location, good service, great rooms, etc! The only negative thing was the view, which was pretty dark, but other than that, I definitely recommend this place!!!

Cons: • Uncomfortable pillows and bed; severe back pain after a nights’s sleep • HVAC system disrupts sleep with a loud thud when switching on • Torn sofa in the room • Kitchen equipment needs replacement; only the refrigerator is in good condition • Main room lacks a door lock • Absence of basic amenities like a water bottle in the room; Telephone directory available in the room had scribbling on pages • Front desk provided unhelpful responses to parking queries, suggesting Google or street parking without certainty • Lack of privacy; nearby apartments visible from every window Pros: • Visually appealing exterior of the hotel • Convenient city location

My room was having noise issues, there's constant lousy water running noise during the whole night, every nights. The staff said that it's because the people next room having showers, which was not true. They said they will give me a discount, but they never did. Later they told me that there was a pipeline issues, and the plumber didn't fix it. It's terrible that they gave customers into the room with known issues. And they were not forthright about it. Sofar bed was not good, very uncomfortable as it wasn't even. Service: they are pretty slow at making up the room. My was serviced around 5-6pm. No breakfast, no laundry, no parking were offered. Limited parking next door is $40 overnight. I wouldn't stay in the hotel next time and would not recommend this hotel in this condition.

I have a stroke, Seven years ago and my reading is not there yet, On expedia I booked a trip but I cancel that, And the hotel charge me $1116, 5 days. I am sorry I booked with this hotel. I tried to call the hotel, Expedia, And the credit card company. And I have insurance for my trip but it did not work. Don't stay at this hotel!!! It's a rip off and A crock.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
