The hotel is close to JR Hatchobori Stn. and Shintomicho Stn., with only 5-minutes of walk to either of them. The staff was really accommodating during my stay. Check-in was supposed to start at 15.00, but when I arrived there around 9.30, the staff was kind enough to check if my room's ready and to my surprise, it's ready and she instantly initiated the check-in and allowed me to go to my room straight away! The room itself was on the small side, especially if you have a big luggage and the bed was a bit squeaky. The bathroom was clean and stocked with enough amenities. Stayed for two nights in here, which is probably the perfect stay period in this hotel because they didn't provide room cleaning service. All in all, I'd still recommend this hotel for solo travelers looking for a short stay in the heart of Tokyo.

Located a few blocks from various train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. ELE Hotel Ginza East provided me with a very comfortable room for 1 night around $50 USD or 7,237 ¥. Having checked in early around 9:30 the room I had was being cleaned up until around 15:00 (3:00pm). No problem to me they graciously took my bags and provided me with my keycard. Later arriving around 19:00 (7:00pm), I was informed my bags were in my room. Entering my room I was provided with different amenities such as toiletries and slippers. The room itself was perfect for 1-2 people and provided a water boiler and mini-refrigerator (no microwave). After a wonderful night of rest, checking out with ease. They held my bags for me until I returned from the store and provided information for getting to the airport. Both desk helpers were amazing listeners and provided wonderful explanations to my questions. I had a fantastic experience and look forward to staying with them again when I return to Tokyo.
