The location is great and very close to the center of town. They also have a pretty nice courtyard. We actually had two different rooms during our stay, one of them was very nice, but the other was definitely on the small side. Some of the rooms that other people were staying in didn't seem very private, with doors directly facing sitting rooms or lounges. Their free breakfast also leaves a lot to be desired, compared to other places I've stayed at. Overall, not a bad choice if you want to go sightseeing, but I also wasn't blown away.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Homey environment with a touch of love. Mr. Lasha is very kind and accomodating and the rest of the staff as well. Rooms are cleaned and tidied up everyday while you stay. I loved the french toast at breakfast. Though it is served not so early. 😊🇬🇪🫶

Plz don't fall for the old reviews, presently it's not as the old reviews. The rooms are too old(just they say it's some year old historic building), smelly , mould & fungus furnitures It's more of like a lodge inn house stay , just the name says it's a hotel.There is no lift facility, narrow steep wodden stairs to 3rd floor, not a choice to stay especially with kids. Power cuts which makes it to the point of unable to even use toilets. More things can't be explained here.

Nice hotel. Staff’s service is really excellent. Lasha, Nik, Elena and others were really friendly and we got a home-like experience during our 3 day stay. It has got nice antique stuff inside and the open area near the dining space is good to click a few pics.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
