Visited Marrakesh for the first time and stayed at the Riad. Everything was beyond perfect, the staff specially Hajah, Achhaf and Majda at the reception were super helpful and did everything from booking taxis to recommending restaurants. At night Rahim walked us to the main road or back to the riad which made us feel very safe. Would definitely recommend anyone travelling for the first time!

First time in Morocco and we want to stay in a Riad, this place was beyond beautiful… the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was included and it was delicious 🤤. This place is very quite , special for a honeymoon or anniversary trip. We love it and we definitely want to come back .

Remarkable Stay, Exceptional Riad: Very pleasant stay at the Riad. We truly felt home the moment we arrived. Staff are the most professional we ever encountered in our trip to Morroco. Smiling, kind and responsive all the time. We can’t tell how welcoming they were. The Riad is nicely designed, well taken care of different spaces. Despite rooms being small, everything is placed in good functional way. The materials used in the rooms are all of high quality, from mattress to towels to even shower gel. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The only comment is the lack of fresh air in the rooms and other areas.

Pros: The location is great as very local to Medina and key tourist destinations. Room is comfortable and has all the key facilitates required. Customer service is excellent and helped with special arrangements. Thank you to Abdul-Raheem for providing excellent service. Cons: The shower head did not work. The coffee capsules are not free. Rug needed to be hoovered as could see nail clippings from possible previous guest.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
