By far the worst experience i have had. Lack of communication and accountability from the management. Keep shifting the responsibility to others. It has been months and we are still unable to get wifi connection. Keep ensuring that it will get fixed within the week. It has been months since we have faced the issue and there is still a lack of solution due to lack of communication within management

I must say it was amazing experience. Luxury private property. By the kindness of the vip resident i can review this place. The place is very strategic for those who work at the business area (sudirman). You can reach this place by car or public transport. Very close to MRT station (less than 5 min walk). They’re soon open the Hotel in the same building. I was there for a swimming pool experience. The pool length is about 50 meter, 4 meter wide and 120 cm depth. Enough only for 2 swimmers for a exercise track. The view was second to none in my experience. Infinity swimming pool type of design. Evening to night swimming is recommended.

dont recommend at all. Total scam appartement with mold everywhere and would not give a refund. Got headaches when in apartment and had to eventually switch to the hotel because was becoming sick

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
