Stayed here for my Airbnb. Decent facilities, with the pool being the absolute highlight. Swam there at night because it was not locked. Gym is minimalistic. Room was kind of old and worn down.

Strategic location. You can walk to WTC Sudirman, Sampurna Strategic Building, Atmajaya Univ, Siloam MRCCC Hospital, RS Jakarta, even to Plaza semanģgi in 10minutes. Many restos, cafes, food stalls around this apt.

so hard to communicate if you're an expat. They also don't allow you to borrow a cart to bring up or down your things from the unit because it's only for building purposes. Staying here for 4months and counting.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
