I cannot recommend this hotel. It feels like a waste of money and adds unnecessary stress to the trip. I'm puzzled about how this hotel earned a 5* rating; it's more deserving of a maximum 3*. The room was far from clean, with random long black hair and bits of nails on the floor. I once received a towel covered in black hairs, which was utterly disgusting. The downstairs toilets seemed to never be cleaned. For three consecutive days, there was no toilet tissue or soap. Despite multiple reports to managers and reception, nothing was done about it. The breakfast options were minimal, and the food didn't seem fresh. Many flies were present while eating, and the restaurant's layout was poorly planned, lacking sufficient space and making it awkward to get a coffee. On one occasion, we returned to the room to find the door left open with a lock outside. When reporting this to reception, the response was dismissive, with a comment like, "oh, just so you know - nothing can happen here." Whatever she meant by this, it is not the service one would expect at any 5* hotel. Only after engaging with reception for five minutes did she finally ask for the room number, responding with, "okay, I will do my own investigation." I'm left speechless. Not recommended at all.

We loved our stay at Element City Center by Marriot. We were 2 families and we all enjoyed, including our kids. Location, Rooms, the service, hospitality, food etc. All were very good. My only request is to have more variety in main food dishes in breakfast. We would love to visit again

I had an excellent experience at Element city center. The staff is very professional and friendly. Very clean and well equipped studio. Wifi works perfectly. Good location (close to the metro, city center and the beach). I highly recommend !

There's a well equipped kitchen in our apartment. So I could cook, just like home. 😊 The hotel is close to a metro, city center mall and many other attractions.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
