        Myself and the family spent 2 weeks here in January 2024 and loved it. The hotel is not 'cold' and the corners don't 'attack' you...as someone here wrote in their review. Not even sure what that's supposed to mean. The views are awesome, the service is exemplary and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are huge and well appointed with filtered water for drinking. This should be a 5 star hotel.

        I absolutely adore the atmosphere and surroundings of this venue. The hotel staff, particularly Kevin, have been incredibly friendly and welcoming during check-in. I want to express my utmost appreciation to all the hotel staff for their outstanding service throughout my stay. I would like to give a special mention to Ms. Lula, Maxine, and the entire team who went above and beyond to assist my niece when she fell ill. They provided valuable support during our emergency situation, even arranging for an ambulance to transport my niece from the room. They truly helped us navigate through a stressful two hours. Upon returning from the hospital, Ms. Lula also went out of her way to help us switch to a new room due to unpleasant odors from my niece's sickness in the previous room. Unfortunately, on the first day, our luggage trolley was mistakenly sent to the wrong room, causing a moment of panic. I had fallen asleep upon arriving at the hotel and only realized an hour later that our bags had not yet arrived. However, the staff quickly and efficiently resolved the matter, ensuring we received our belongings in the end. Regardless, after the invaluable assistance provided by the hotel staff during my niece's emergency, I am completely satisfied and grateful for their helpfulness and generosity. They deserve a 100% satisfaction rating from me!

        Room is comfortable. Took long time to wait for elevator. The front desk is helpful but forget to activate my room card. Causing me to stuck in the elevator full of people before i can return to lobby for card activation. And the breakfast…. It is sad looking breakfast. Breakfast spread is not at par with the hotel standard. Sadddd

        We upgraded to a suite to get a king sized bed, since they have only twin bed room to offer when we were checking in. Paid an upgrading price RM150 per night. Suite room size is spacious for two of us, in fact, it is a good size for family of four. There is a living space coupled with mini kitchen, equipped with microwave, induction stove and filtered water by 3M. Laundry service is available but have to bring your own detergent and remember to bring along 10 RM1 coins to operate the machine (there is no coin exchanging machine there). Overall, quality of the fixtures can be improved.

        Exceptional stay in the Suite on the 52nd floor. Worth shelling out for the larger room, huge living room area, kitchen, and bedroom. Views from the room, pool, gym are stunning. Great room service options. Perfect location, close to two metro stations and the KLCC.
