The Element Miami International Airport Hotel is a good choice for a quick stay near the airport! The downstairs lobby is spacious and comfortable, and outdoor seating is a nice option, too! The restaurant menu is limited, but works in a pinch. The free breakfast is a real shining point! It was great! The staff that I spoke with were all friendly and helpful. The room was a mixed bag. Grime buildup in corners indicated that a deep clean was necessary, but all of the main surfaces were clearly cleaned well, and the bed was comfortable with nice linens. I slept quite comfortably and enjoyed being able to open the windows for some fresh warm air in the middle of winter! Some of the furniture seemed dated, but functional. Though the hotel can do little about it, the lack of nearby dining options is a serious drawback. I really wish there were some choices there!

This hotel was clean, smelled great, felt safe, and was in a great location to get back to the Miami airport. The staff were friendly and gave several recommendations on where to grab dinner. The breakfast was hot and had eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, pancakes, yogurt bar, and pasties. The coffee was good, too. I’d stay here again if I was in town.

So I gave this hotel 3 stars. The hotel its self was clean(ish) and nice. Rooms were great except for one MAJOR thing. MOLD MOLD MOLD. Everywhere. (I will add a picture) As for the staff: I spoke with a few different front desk staff (non mold related) and all but 1 were VERY nice. The one lady seemed new… she wasn’t nice, gave attitude and didn’t seem to want to help my husband and I at all. We called to have a simple thing - TOILET PAPER- brought to our room and waited an hour and a half to get it….. and still didn’t even get it. Again, I still liked the hotel but there were just a few major things I couldn’t get past. Oh. The shuttle driver HE WAS THE BEST.

We received travel and meal vouchers from the airline. The studio king suite was spacious and comfy. We felt spoiled with a kitchen and sofa area. Would have like to have seen travel size mouthwash available due to us not having access to our checked luggage. The free continental breakfast was just alright. Chalk it up to preference. I managed to spot the elusive airport shuttle in the morning, but we saw no sign of it the previous night. A bunch of us airline customers ended up catching the Even Hotel's shuttle and making a short walk down. I did hear the planes, but nothing to keep me awake, and I'm a very light sleeper. Something did, however, keep ticking/clicking in the room, which I had to get used to, but I imagine it was the AC or something mechanical. I could live in that shower.

Not great. The only reason it didn't get 1-Star is because it's close to the airport, which is what we needed for an overnight layover. First, the plane noise. It's like being on the tarmac for takeoff. The planes leave about every 1-2 minutes until midnight. Then they slowed down, but they kept us up all night. Additionally, the room wasn't prepared properly. The in-room coffee machine had some kind of oily substance in the reservoir, and the body wash in the shower hadn't been refilled and was completely empty. Maybe go back to the single serve little bottles...? The shuttle was inconsistent. When we arrived, we waited over 30 minutes and saw every other shuttle come by twice, and we had to call the hotel before it finally came by. In the morning, the shuttle was outside, but no driver. We stood there for 20 minutes waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. Apparently, the app for the shuttle is just there for fun. Maybe just post a schedule so people know when the shuttle runs...? Breakfast, let's just say we grabbed a banana. The eggs were watery, and the lids intended to keep the food warm were left open, we didn't want risk getting sick before our flight so we just had the fruit to be safe. Lastly, the little shop it says it had on site didn't have anything other than chips to eat. The only meal option they had were frozen lean-cuisine microwave dinners. Maybe fill the space in the cooler with items people want to eat...? If you're in a pinch, this place has a bed. Otherwise, I would recommend trying another option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
