Large and spacious hotel with plenty of parking. Hotel is updated with large windows that provide a gorgeous view of Moab. HIGHLY recommend getting a room on a higher level so you can truly appreciate the beautiful landscape. We were on the first floor and still had a gorgeous view. Room was clean with plenty of towels available. The check in staff was friendly and welcoming. This whole hotel is truly up to the Marriott Standard.

Very rarely does a hotel exceed expectations, but this one did especially for the price I paid. My status was recognized at check in, room was clean, and well appointed. The TV remote didn't work that well but that is a minor thing. Breakfast was good, location was good, no complaints at all.

It is the second time we stayed here, it is a beautiful hotel. Great service, specially from Arturo at breakfast he was so helpful and kind. Also breakfast was free!! Amazing pool, dog friendly and bed super comfy. Forget to mention the bar, food is great and drinks as well. See you next trip back to Moab.

We rented the place for one night. We had been camping and were looking to have one good night of sleeping before continuing on our road trip. Everyone was super nice, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was good, and coffee was fresh. Rooms are spacious and plenty of hot water. They have a laundry facility with a few broken-down machines. We started a load of laundry, but they only had one dryer working, so there was a line for it. We ended up hanging all of our clothes in the room to dry. The ice machine did not give you ice unless you use a paper cup. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Our room was next to the kitchen, so we were woken up early in the morning by the noise of everyone working to get breakfast ready. We appreciate breakfast, but if you insist on having rooms next to a loud working area, at least make them sound proof. Still trying to ignore the noise, we were fully woken by an alarm we never set. Needless to say, we did not get what we were looking for, a good night's sleep.

What an experience, between the great scenic views and the exceptionally friendly hotel staff this was the best time iv had in Moab. Start off an with amazing breakfast, say hi to Arturo the chef and he'll grab you something delicious to start your day. He was amazing. Then when you're ready for an adventure the front lobby was super insightful on the surrounding trails. The room was huge, two tv's and a full kitchen. The pool area and hot tub were clean without too much chlorine. I would definitely recommend a stay here, especially in the off season with it being such a great value. Special out to the night guy who gave me free doggy bags and accommodated all my requests. The food was amazing and super convenient to not have to go wait in line somewhere for a pizza.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
