I’ve stayed at the Element several times, and each time has only gotten better. The staff is always kind and welcoming and they’re quick with check in etc. I enjoyed staying in a studio room last time, it has a kitchenette. Ideal for longer stays. Ty for the upgrade!!((: The rooftop hot tub /pool is superb. They have a spacious “lobby” to lounge or do computer work and then grab a drink if that’s your thing. Def in my top two spots to stay in Reno!

This hotel has the most amazing staff!! Aric and Steven welcomed myself and my coworker with big smiles and phenomenal customer service! I had a couple of drinks at the bar, Jay is outstanding I stayed for more than the one I had expected when I sat down!!! The being woken up by doors slamming shut from other guests going in and out of their room in the hall I was in… I didn’t enjoy. Being woken up by the motorcycles and busy street noises I wasn’t in love with. Great staff… not the best insulation. Had expected better soundproofing from the windows and walls. But wonderful staff!!! After having our meeting here today, I want to give praise to Art. Once again, the staff here is outstanding!!!!!

It was clean, spacious and friendly. The room had a full kitchen and a large dining table, so it felt more like an apartment than a hotel during my stay. I liked the carefully selected kitchen knives and utensils in the kitchen. In particular, the kitchen knife is the same product as the one I have at home, so I can guess how much thought was put into choosing it. The bed was also very clean and neat. The heating system worked silently, which was very satisfying for someone like me who hates hot wind and noise. The breakfast was different from other hotels and was good because it was healthy food. Free wine,beer and a little finger food are provided every evening during the week, so it feels like I'm getting both breakfast and dinner.

We were traveling with our 2 dogs and needed nice, a pet friendly hotel that was reasonable priced. Element only charged $20 pet fee, and gave them a try. Wonderful place. New, clean, friendly. Situated in an area with other hotels, condos, and mini park, which was upscalish, well lit, safe. Lots of dog owners. Flooring in room was was largely engineered hardwood, thus the pet friendly factor. Nice kitchenette with island in our king suite. Felt more like extended stay hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Recommended. Got a slightly better deal using prepaid online service, so look around.

Excellent location close to many restaurants and shopping. Just beware there are a lot of homeless out and about later in the evening. Dog friendly hotel. 🏨. Breakfast is included, however the rooms are not very quiet. Super clean rooms with a kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
