        ** It is essential to know and understand that most if not all the positive reviews for this hotel are fake** Worst service we've ever had in a Hotel. Check In is at 3pm, we were there for 3pm. The lady in charge had left for the day just about 20 mins before according to the cleaning lady. We tried calling here about 7 times at the number given to us but there was never an answer. Messaged her but she only got back to us about 35 mins after. The place looks sketchy, the doors have no real lock etc. The whole place stank real bad, like a real toxic smell. There were no bed blankets only a thin see through sheet. I get it that it's about making profits but this place is definitely a mess. One of the kids went to the bathroom and the toilet was clogged right away. After all the wait and all we had to go eat but I contacted the "24/7" service. They apparently came but did not unclog the toilet cause they could not get into the room. So basically my kids and all had no toilet until the next day. On top of all that the bed sheets and towels were disgusting as were the pillow cases. Had to put a fridge behind the door since there was no actual lock. All the pictures I have uploaded are real from Dec 2023 and from the experience I don't expect anything to improve for years to come.

        I booked this hotel for 2 nights because my electricity went out in my home and the electric company told us it would take 24 hours to turn back on. Within 20 minutes of me booking with Hotel Eleven, my electricity came back on to my surprise. I contacted the hotel to try and get a refund since I never checked in and didn't need the room after all. They never responded to me and they kept my payment for the 2 nights. Zero customer service, zero consideration.

        This hotel was average. The location is OK, close to a bus station, but a 15/20 min walk from the Main Street. The room was clean, but nothing more than standard. Despite not being open when we arrived, the hotel rooftop pool area looked very nice. The air conditioning worked well in our room, but the Wi-Fi was terrible. The staff at the front desk on check in were not helpful, claimed we had not booked a room despite booking in person the day prior, and did not even explain to us where our room was. We would likely not return to this hotel.

        Pros: In the center, close to the supermarket, there is a rooftop pool, clean, air conditioning is super strong! Cons :Sometimes the receptionist hears a loud music and it Interferes with sleep. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. The staff is very nice. Wi-Fi not working

        Great hotel - absolutely recommendable! Good location (10 mins walk to the beach), wonderful staff, amazing service and clean and neat rooms. A lot of eateries and shops nearby. Will come surely again! Overall rating 10/10
