        Thank you to the staff at Eleven Hotel for making our stay exceptional. Upon arrival, without even asking we were given complimentary early check in. This was such a relief considering we needed some rest after our travels and wanted to freshen ourselves up before getting some lunch. The room was so clean and had all amenities needed, right down to cotton pads, toothbrushes, you name it. The bed was the comfiest bed we’ve had in our two weeks of travels and seven hotel stays. The cleaners were lovely and even complimented me on my way out for the night telling me how good I looked. Everyone that worked there seemed to be friendly and hospitable. But overall, the customer service was beyond expectations. When we checked out we asked if the front desk could assist us as our airline tickets for the afternoon had not been sent through to the correct email address and when we called the airline there was no English speaking operators. The gentleman at the front desk called our airline for us, waited on hold, spoke to the agent and got them sent through to us. He wasn’t expecting any tip or anything, just wanted to help us out. He was so kind! Thank you as this saved us a lot of stress. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking again if in Bangkok.

        We stayed here in 2022 after Covid restrictions lifted and decided to stay here for our last part of our travelling trip as we enjoyed it here last time. This time wasn’t so good, the rooms were quite humid which made the bedding feel damp and the noise outside in the evening was a bit too much even though it says the rooms are soundproof. This goes on till about 3/4am depending what day. My boyfriend went down to reception to ask for earplugs on our seconds night and was just handed them over, no apology or communication from the receptionist on at that time. The location is perfect as it is close to BTS station and a metro station but wouldn’t stay here again. Pool was clean but was very busy and there wasn’t many sunbeds. Staff were friendly enough.

        Second time staying here, first time during covid. The hotel itself is nice, rooms are spacious and clean, as are the bathrooms. We chose to stay here as the last few nights of our 3 month stay were in Bangkok and we wanted some comfort.. out of the three nights here I probably got about 2 hours sleep, the noise from outside the hotel rattles the windows, music is blasting into the early hours (not good music) and tuk tuks up and down constantly.. I am still relatively young and can handle noise but this was relentless.. I went down on the second night to say I couldn’t sleep to be met with pretty much no response and just got handed a pair of useless ear plugs. Breakfast wasn’t up to much either, most of the dishes were cold and the waffles were like trying to swallow cotton wool. Location is good with access to nana sky train just down the street, other than that, I won’t be staying here again.

        We booked the Grand Deluxe King and I requested a quiet room during check in but the receptionist was unable to accommodate due to the type of room we have. The first room she gave us was on the 6th floor, when we first stepped off the elevator there was an obvious scent of marijuana and our room smelled like cigarettes.A lot of smoking on this floor! I had to ask for an other room which the receptionist was able to accommodate. The second room, even though on the 8th floor, is in the corner facing the much and happening soi 11. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel DO NO BOOK. The thumping from the bars below does not stop until 4-5AM. Book if you enjoy night life and foreigner prices in Thailand. We got the room with breakfast and only ate it once out of the 4 days we were there. The breakfast was lacking variety and not freshen up frequently. The pool is small, luckily it was cloudy and we didn’t miss out on much but I could see everyone fighting for a bed on a sunny day. We walked past it around 9AM and the beds were already full! I did enjoy the room and thought it was modern enough and the bed is comfortable, location is convenient for party goers.

        Really nice Hotel. In the first room they gave me I checked the bed and immediately after pulling up one corner of the bedsheet I found a bed bug. So I took a picture and went down to the reception again. They were so nice and understandable and immediately gave me a new room and even upgraded me. Somebody even came with up stairs with me to check the new room for bed bugs. The new room was right above the street so a bit noisy but if you sleep right at Sukhumvit 11 you know that its noisy. In the evening I came back to a desert in my room as an apology. Everything was quite clean besides some small ants who seemed to like the sugar at the coffee and tea in the room. The pool and pool bar are also really beautiful and all in all I enjoyed my stay a lot!!
