It's a great hotel and good value for money. I recommend two of my friends to stay and they also enjoyed. It's not the Hilton but if you are a business man or traveler looking for a clean room this is the place. It's a good location. Down the big hill they is Asodo steakhouse which is worth a try. The hill on the left going down has a few hidden restaurant and bars as well. The staff are good. They is a guy on the front desk with a beard who is cool and a cute local girl does the other shift. Both staff are nice.

The hotel is located near, if not in, the old district of Tbilisi, thus you'll have to walk a bit to see other parts of the city (if no transportation is available). Overall the facilities were alright (except for the poorly working shower head and the missing hanger in the bathroom). Breakfasts were good, but with limited options.

Great little hotel in the middle of Old Town Tbilisi. Walking distance to sulfur baths, Meidan bazaar and numerous shops and restaurants. Staff is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The ladies cooked fresh eggs for us and had other delicious treats ready to go by 8 am. It is close to Turkish style breakfast, great variety and very filling. All in all, very nice place to stay.

Basic budget hotel. Has everything you need. Just note that it is situated at the top of an extremely steep street. Bit far to walk to some of the places we wanted to go in the city, so ended up using Bolt taxis more than planned.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
