The room we stayed in was hardly a hotel room, but a halfway converted walk in closet. We walked and were overwhelmed with the artificial smell of room freshener. There was no one at the front desk to help us switch rooms and when discussing it with a manager, she was hostile and made little effort to understand our situation. It was incredibly frustrating and extremely expensive for what we experienced.

We were really looking forward to spending the last few days of our vacation at Elita Hotel however there were some issues that ultimately led to a sub-par experience. My wife called the hotel directly to make reservations and asked for a room to accommodate our family. Judging from what I could hear on our end, the communication did not go smoothly, which is not a deal-breaker by itself—but this was actually a precursor to our experience. What should have been a 10 minute call eased into 25-30 minuet territory. The last seven minutes consisted of my wife being out on hold after she asked the question “is there was anything she should know about the area”. Upon arrival, we were pleased. The place mostly looked like its photos and it was close to the beach. We were ready to put our luggage in the room and go explore. But as we walked to towards the door I thought we were going into a utility closet!? We were packed into room 1101—a tiny room located under a flight of stairs. Two beds and a love seat took up about 85% of the room. It was dark and the window was facing the busy parking lot. If you are bringing your family to this hotel, make sure they don’t try to wedge you into this room. My wife tried to get us another room but they said they were booked. I wish the person we spoke to initially would have mentioned the rooms details so we could at least consider other options. Everything else was okay but the room tipped the scale into one-star territory.

We stayed here late August, into early September as a family of four with teenage sons. The room was a good size with facilities, such as a kitchenette, dining area, shower room, and large bedroom/living area. The grounds, communal cooking, lounge and pool facilities were very good. The location is also almost onto the Fort Lauderdale Beach. Parking is $10 per night. Would recommend.

I’ve stayed here on many occasions recovery coming back-and-forth for doctor visits had great stays. Never had problems. Communication was horrible today I told them that I am coming back they booked me with their sister property that I do not like driving almost there come to find out, they would not give me any deals or anything miscommunication with the front desk was horrible very disappointed in the communication and they charged my bank account without even me checking in

Seems that we fell victim to the “closet room” that some of the other reviews have mentioned. Room was so small that the bed nearly touched all four walls. Nowhere to put a suitcase, no chairs or any other furniture. The only window was behind the bed and almost fully blocked by the headboard. Definitely would not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
