I spent ten nights and had a nice and comfortable stay, and I received excellent treatment from everyone. Everyone does everything possible to help and make the stay enjoyable. Special mention to the Guest Relations Officer, Ms. Biesen, who was very helpful. It would be better if the breakfast buffet was diversified. For example, delicious carrot cake and chocolate cake were served every day. If different types of cake were served every two days, it would be better. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor is very good. It is preferable to provide drinking water, coffee and tea supplies to the rooms without a reminder from the guest. I thank everyone and I will recommend this hotel to friends.

Nice hotel, but unfortunately the revolving door of the entrance is very dangerous, there is no emergency/safety stop that should slow down if the approach is too tight. Unfortunately this happened to me 3 weeks ago. I was hit from behind by the revolving door at a high speed, which kind of launched me into rotation and landed quite hard on the floor. During this fall my pelvis was broken, so I still cannot walk and am in a lot of pain. The return journey was hell because of the pain. Now I am dependent on constant care because I can no longer do anything myself. Recovery will be a long period of bed rest, 3-6 months, the doctor told me. It will be understood that this could have been prevented if the revolving door had been equipped with a safety stop. So people, watch out for the revolving door because I wouldn't wish this on anyone!! Hopefully the hotel management will read my story and they will urgently replace/secure the revolving door, otherwise I fear more accidents will happen. Y. Ugurlu

Stayed for 1 week. The rooms are a good size, the bed was comfortable. Recommend Breakfast. We enjoyed using the spa. Especially after a long day's walking. The hotel is about 30min away from the city. We used taxis every day which can add up.

The highlight of our stay was the food, great breakfast buffet, glorious choice. Also lovely food at the Grill restaurant, with a special mention for Yusuf, very attentive, kind and professional waiter. The cleanliness is up to standard to a 5 stars hotel. The only two downsides are the location, too close to the daily non stop traffic and the fact that the staff could improve their English. Another special mention to Bashir, the hairdresser at the spa, he gave a long and special massage to the scalp and hair, nice products and very skilled.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
