It was a great hotel. Excellent service, I don't want to give a general explanation, so I'll try to talk a little deeper about the hotel's services. 1. Very professional and respectful behavior of all the hotel staff, and at the same time very kind, the hotel attendants surprised us when they found out that it was my brother's birthday and bought a cake for my brother and surprised us at the door of his room and without any cost. Take it from us, doing this was very valuable. 2. The hotel rooms, while being classic, are very clean and beautiful with enough light and excellent air conditioning. 3. The toilets and bathrooms were very clean and always had a pleasant smell. 4. The gym had very good and at the same time enough equipment for me to have my own exercises for the few days I am in the hotel. 5. The hotel pool was very nice and relaxing, although the water was a little cold, but at the same time it was enjoyable and we enjoyed it. In general, I really recommend this hotel to everyone and you will surely enjoy the kind and professional staff of the hotel more than the hotel itself.

The best 5 stars hotel in Istanbul with exclusive prices. when I booked a room it was written in booking that breakfast is included when I reserved booking the confirmation email didn’t include breakfast, so they gave me 4 days free breakfast voucher. Taxi services for the airport is cheep and easy. Delicious breakfast, deluxe rooms, amazing spa & finally fantastic environment. I recommend any one visits Istanbul to book there through the whole year (summer & winter)

Amazing stay. Booked two rooms here for around a week. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The manager/supervisor in charge, was a lady (did not get her name) did an outstanding job of making sure our stay was great.

Everything was fine, they have a swimming pool, but you have to buy a cap. They have not bad fitness center as well. Well, I don't like their food, it was not diverse, for example on breakfast i had nothing to choose. Sad( because i like Türkiye food very much(

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
