My two-night stay at the "Ella Flower Garden Resort" was an enchanting and rejuvenating experience. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with a breathtaking mountain view, visible from the comfort of my private balcony. This stunning panorama provided a serene backdrop to my stay, making every moment special. True to its name, the resort is surrounded by a magnificent collection of flowers and an array of beautiful plants, creating a vibrant and peaceful oasis. The culinary experience at the resort was exceptional. We indulged in the breakfast offered by the hotel, and it was nothing short of amazing. The buffet featured a wide variety of dishes, blending the rich, flavorful essence of Sri Lankan cuisine with familiar European options. This fusion of flavors catered to a diverse palate and was a delightful start to each day. The staff at the Ella Flower Garden Resort deserves special mention for their warmth and efficiency. Their friendly demeanor and prompt service significantly enhanced our stay, making us feel valued and well-cared for.

I came here for a nice drink and desired that their garden looks out stonily over Ella mountain with beautiful valley in front of it. I was helped by a lovely lady named Imasha who served me with such pleasure and sweetness. I enjoyed both the drink, the stunning view and especially her service!

I only had coffee at this place as it is located at the start of Little Adam’s Peek. It was truly excellent, with a table offering a stunning view. I don't know what the rooms look like, but I assume that if someone takes such good care of their garden and surroundings, full of flowers, the interiors must also be well-kept.

One of the most beautiful rooms views I ever had. The hotel is wonderful with all the amenities and decoration all around The rooms are big size and bathrooms too. We has hot water and all the necessary on our stay. This place is wonderful, clean, great service and kind team. Food at the restaurant is really tasty and thanks to Lalith and his team foe the great experience.

Wonderful location with a view of Ella Rock in the distance. Staff are super responsive and very friendly. During Dec 23, enjoyed the Gala dinner with a large spread of wonderful delicious local and western cuisine and lots of dessert with a DJ in attendance at the great banquet hall. The chalet room is large with a great balcony to enjoy the view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
