The best experience, the best location, the most affordable price and above all extremely lovely hosts. The couple are very kind and polite. This is a home stay in a beautiful location with Nine arch bridge view. To give an example of how hospitable the hosts are, they stayed up late to receive us and on top of that, John, the host took us to town for us to have dinner and brought us back (I'm talking hill station, raining, sloppy roads and past 11 PM) and didn't charge a penny for that. The Mrs. Host was such a sweet person, has prepared and provided breakfast as well and to have it with the lovely view 🤌🏼 All in all, a proper 5 star or even more place ✨♥️ Yes, walkable to Nine arch bridge, able to reach by TukTuk.

Good place to stay, but we had a bit of experience of food. We asked for half board and the owner said they can, but once we went there owner's wife said she is not well so they can provide room only and we had to go to the town for dining needs. They arranged a tuk-tuk so we were alright. Place is wonderful and worth the price as we could see trains crossing the nine arch bride from the room balcony. They had hot-water, nets for the beds and its cozy and comfy. Do I recommend this place to someone else? yes absolutely.

Nowhere has a better view than here! Besides its excellent location where you're tucked away from the busy streets and crowds, you also get to meet the lovely host who will take really good care of you and everything you need. The room is incredibly comfortable, and the view is spectacular, especially when enjoying breakfast on the balcony. I only wish we had more time, we'll definitely be back! Great value 🌷

Nice place, close to 9 arch bridge and little Adam’s pick. Good breakfast and very nice view. Palms are right behind your balcony. Friendly host.

Great views over nine arch bridge, which is 15 min downhill walk away. Owner is fab and if you order food there it is personally served on the balcony. Loved it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
