Rooms clean and well looked after . Staff were excellent 👌. 30 min walk into town or 600 rupee tuk. Breakfast was great .

I can definitely recommend this place in Ella if you are looking for a place with a good location, beautiful view, amazing staff and realllly delicious food! You should definitely check this out! All the people who work there were honestly amazing and very helpful. They helped us with transportation, gave us recommendations regarding the places we should visit and many more. Thank you very much ☺️

it is located very near to the sceneries of beautiful Ella and has a very quiet environment, thoroughly clean, nice, and spacious rooms for any visitors such as solo, couple, friends and family, etc... in particular, the staff is very friendly and helpful and also have very good hospitality, provide any assistance at any moment throughout the days of stay. we were had a nice breakfast in a very clean and neat restaurant which is located on the top story. Anyone can visit this beautiful place to spend a pleasant stay in Ella.

Excellent stay in beautiful town Ella! The owner Mr Silva was friendly and professional on phone and the care taker Mr Kannan is such a genuine good helpful man. The room had good views of the mountain and their breakfast is on first floor offering much better views for enjoyable meals. The breakfast was tasting good and fresh. There's was the only stay in my trip to Sri Lanka offering many Indian channels. Hot water in the shower, clean spacious rooms and helpful staff. What else is needed. Thank you!!

It's was a wonderful stay, very nice and clean place. Staffs are very friendly and nice. Good rooms with clean washrooms. Stayed two nights and the food is delicious, they gave different dishes than other hotels. Highly recommended for a local and foreigners to stay if you visit Ella. Prices are very reasonable and they have separate quarters for drivers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
