Such a wonderful place with reasonable room rates . The hosts showed us extraordinary hospitality. There were two nice dogs to spend time with. Feels like home. Highly recommend

We stayed nearby and went here for ice cream after seeing the ice cream tuk-tuk parked in the driveway. My children were immediately attacked by their two huge dogs. Both were knocked over and got cuts/scrapes. My son was hospitalized with a concussion. The owners did not apologize or ask if we were okay. Perhaps the accommodations are fine, but travelers should be aware of the dog situation.

It was perfect! The house is very beautiful, I enjoyed the hammock and the quietness. The owners are very friendly and the room was nice, clean, such as the bathroom. The bathroom was very modern. I highly recommend this place.

We spent 2 lovely nights in Wisdom Home in Ella when we thought of staying only one, but due an extremely relaxing ambient, good location and better food made us decided to stay one more. This place lays in harmony with a lot of animals. The family has two lovely and friendly German Shepards, all around the house is filled with birds nest, and even have some chickens. You have the option to have a dinner or lunch which the wife will cook with amazing skills and obtaining all the ingredients from their own garden which resulted in the best rice and 5 types of curry of all our journey. Manjula’s family is really lovely. They showed us all his customs, local food and etc.. If I ever go again I will repeat without hesitate. The room we stayed was really clean with a comfortable bed with anti mosquito net and a private bathroom. There’s no air conditioner but they have a fan that will serve you well.

We arrived on Ella after 10pm with no accomodation booked. We met someone who showed us this place and they took us as a late booking. It is newly built with a modern room. The owner and his wife were lovely and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The only issue we had was with the shower, as there was very little water pressure and was either boiling hot or cold. In saying this, they took on this feedback and were looking into fixing it. It has a great location, very close to Little Adams Peak and the Nine Arch bridge. Breakfast included.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
