It is a three-floor building without an elevator. Going up and down is really exhausting. It doesn't have a boutique feel about it. The rooms are compact. You could hear what neighbours are doing in their room (you know what I mean). Not worth it.

One of the worst stays ever, no lie ✌ people at the reception mostly don't speak English, breakfast leaves much to be desired, but the worst and most important part are leaving rooms - total disaster! While the building seems to be refreshed, they definitely wanted to make the most of the available space, so the rooms for two people can in fact barely accommodate one, you simply cannot move while the other person is standing! And the moooost annoying discovery - a COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT SHOWER ROOM inside the apartment, how about that huh? 😁 let's get to know each other, no secrets dear 😉

Clean room, very comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Maybe the room could use a little refresh but it was clean and fresh. Very nice and helpful staff 👍 Close to Marjanishvili metro so very easy to get around.

The hotel is 4km from the town center so you will have to get a taxi to get there which isn't expensive. Rooms are specious and good but they don't come with complimentary water bottles. You have to pay for each bottle of water . The breakfast lacks variety and they don't have a coffee machine, no croissant nor freshly baked bakery items. No scrambled eggs. Plus they don't clear out the tables quickly nor ask if you need anything.

Rooms were really clean and modern. What I like the most about this hotel was the behaviour of hotel staff. But rooms needs more lamps and light. Our room was pretty dark

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
