        I'll start with the good stuff - very friendly staff. Like others write, the hotel is dated and the rooms are small/out-of-date. Not what one would expect from a mid-level Marriott property. The neighborhood is sketchy as well - hotel locked to keep folks out, and the staff advise guests to only order door dash and not walk out of the hotel at night. if you need to be in downtown, maybe a good choice but nicer parts of the city would be a better option.

        The hotel itself is wonderful and in a very central location in Atlanta. Really great access to nearby restaurants and keyed entry to access the hotel. Valet prices are $50 overnight so definitely find self parking if you can. The biggest problem with the hotel is the service. I got my reservation from a 3rd party website which was completely fine but the hotel asked for my card for incidentals, again that is fine as well. The next morning I was charged two $50 incidental charges when I only stayed 1 night and another random charge for $100 from the hotel. I asked in the morning what all these charges were and they said they had no idea what the charges were but they should drop off in a few days as they were pending. A few days come and now they are charged to the my card. So now I have paid the 3rd party website and the hotel for my 6 hour stay over $450. Now I am being told to wait 3 more days to be refunded my over charge because the front desk charged my card for the stay instead of the website’s account. After traveling 12 hours by car for work this is the last thing that I needed to happen. Make sure if they take your card that you are only charged the incidental for your night you are staying and not charged a few smaller charges to rack up your card overnight. Update: I’m on day 12 now of trying to get my money back and they have still yet to refund me. The front desk has sent multiple e-mails to the GM and there has been no response. The front desk is even aware that they have messed up but they can’t take action to rectify the issue. Please consider staying anywhere else but this hotel unless you are willing to deal with this type of service.

        HATE to even give them one star. This hotel uses VALET that have criminal history. My friends car was parked by valet, and STOLEN by valet. The camera footage shows it CLEAR! The hotel has done NOTHING to accommodate them, still charged them full price for their 2 night stay, hasn't contacted them, hasn't changed valet companies, nothing! BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! HOTEL COULD BE IN ON THE STEALING GIG SINCE THEY CONTINUE TO EMPLOY THIS VALET SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        Customer service was not that great, and the entrance to the hotel could have been cleaner. But the rooms were nice And the beds were very comfortable.

        Not big on writing hotel reviews but customers need to know. Especially if you are using valet. #1 I never once saw a valet. #2 I wasn't informed it was a separate company. #3 the lady at the desk took my keys, I was uneasy. #4 Someone took my car in the middle of the night and put 90 miles on it. #5 Has some damage, we'll have to see how Marriott responds. #6 proof, have multiple items and pictures but they can't dispute the cars video of him driving around. We will never stay here again!

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
